This gift certificate can be redeemed towards any of our monthly 4-week pottery courses. We have beginner, intermediate and advanced levels at our studio, where participants will learn the entire process of making pottery, refine your skills or learn advanced techniques to make all kinds of shapes.

This gift certificate is redeemable for our Traditional Matcha Bowl Pottery Workshop. In our 2.5 hour workshop, participants will learn how to shape clay, carve the bottom to create a foot, shape the spout and use kurinuki techniques to carve decorations onto the bowl. All materials included. Come make your own matcha bowl with us, no prior pottery experience necessary! If you love matcha, tea or pottery this is a wonderful way to make your tea rituals more meaningful by learning how to carve your own traditional matcha bowl.

This gift certificate is redeemable for our Ikebana workshop. In the workshop you will learn the fundamental principles of Japanese floral arrangement, including line, space, and balance. You will have access to a selection of fresh flowers, kenzan (floral pin holders), and vases to create a composition that embodies natural beauty and simplicity. Students are also welcome to bring their own vases/kenzan. At the end of class you can take home the flowers, branches and greens that you used.

This gift certificate can be redeemed for 1 spot in any of our one-time pottery group classes for kids or adults. In this 1.5 hour pottery experience you will learn how to make 2 pieces of pottery, one hand-built and one wheel thrown. Come learn something new and create unique, beautiful pieces that you can use at home! No experience necessary, we will guide you through each step and teach you the basics of pottery hand-building and wheel throwing. All materials included.
