How does natural language scheduling work?
You type what you want in plain English — “Pottery MWF at 9am” or “Cancel next Friday” — and Kanoa interprets it and updates your calendar. You can always review changes before they go live.
Do I need a specific payment processor?
Kanoa works with Stripe and Square. You connect your own account, so payments go directly to you. Kanoa never touches your money or takes a percentage.
Can my students book without creating an account?
Yes. Your booking page is public — students pick a class, enter their info, pay, and get a confirmation email. No login, no app download.
What if I just have one instructor?
Kanoa works great for solo instructors. You don't need to set up a team — just your classes and your schedule. If you grow later, adding instructors is easy.
